It adopts dual-lead and double-bearing design to achieve heavy cutting endurance. Its gear meshing surface reaches up to 35% - 45%, which facilitate heavy cutting endurance and continuous machining capacity; with good wear resistance, it has no need of adjusting the backlash in 1- 2 years.

It uses motor plus reducer to drive the loads, and is standard equipped with an absolute type encoder which supports high-precision division, high-speed rotation and fast servo response.
High Precision
Its creative software compensation algorithm can improve the machining accuracy of high hardness materials, realize fine compensation and achieve indexing accuracy within 15arcsec (standard: 20arcsec).
